iTheme - Themes for iPhone and iPad App Reviews

I bought because of the good reviews. This is nothing but a very small collection of wallpaper. A 2 min web search would give you better wallpaper. Too bad there are no refunds at the App Store.

There are quite a few backgrounds to choose from and the quality is good, but there are a lot of in app purchases. It costs $1 something just to add your own photo. Other then that, its okay.
